Grandma's Creamy
Chicken Salad
1 can (10-3/4 oz) Campbell's Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Celery Soup 1/2 c Plain Low Fat Yogurt 1/4 c Water 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp Vinegar 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper 3 c Corkscrew-shaped Pasta, cooked without salt and drained 2 stalks Celery, sliced 1 medium Tomato, diced (can substitute 1/2 c dried Cranberries) 2 c Cubed, Cooked Chicken |
Beat the soup, yogurt, water, mustard, vinegar, and black pepper in a large bowl with a fork or whisk. Add pasta, celery, tomato, and chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours. Stir salad before serving. |
